I wish I could give 10 stars! Mark Ward was so wonderful to work with while buying my first brand new car! He was knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy at all. He asked what I wanted and found exactly that, and within my budget. It had been a while since I bought a car and needed to be taught how to use all the bells and whistles and he was kind and patient while teaching me EVERYTHING. He took the time to fill the tank up and have it detailed. Derrick Stegal was also wonderful in helping me understand all the financial stuff and helping me with paperwork. Like I have mentioned, it had been so long since I had purchased a car. He took the time to explain all of the odds and ends to me in a patient and informed manner. Michael Farmer was also great with the financial side of things. My father (who lives in FL and is 80) was my co-signer and they were ALL so patient and friendly with him while trying to figure out all that goes with co-signing from afar. They worked as a team to get so much done while I was at work that day so that I didn’t have to just sit around when I got there after work. The work that they put in while I wasn’t even there was super impressive. Also, I walked around to the garage and met some of the service people that were also so wonderful!! All in all I am so thankful that I went to Friendship Subaru. Absolutely everybody I met was helpful and knowledgeable but also laid back and made the experience fun and stress free; exactly how buying a new car should be. Thank you so much guys!!

Wow, 1st my salesman was, attentive, helpful, and patient. Tried very hard to make the right deal. 2nd the dealership has been very helpful with the minor defect. 3rd the detail and cleaning person was top notch with dealing with the car. The service department went above and beyond to pull a rabbit out of the hat to get an issue fixed in the spot! This has to be only one of two dealerships in this area that is so costumer oriented. I will buy from here again
